The Warranty is applicable only to the product for which it was bought for and cannot be carried forward to any other device.

You can avail the warranty with any of the Mall Kiosk or Reseller locations across India and abroad by presenting Proof of Purchase (Receipt), which you can store on your mobile and by handing over the device with the applied product. The old product will be removed by our expert installers and a new one affixed as per norms. The old product will be retained by the installer to be sent back to us. While the Warranty charges in India are uniform, in other locations outside India they may have their own charges which are different from ours.

It is possible to change your Polymer from Original to Matte and vice versa provided the installer has it in stock and by paying a difference in the amount (if any) This is also applicable to Style Skins where you can, if available with the reseller, opt for a different color Style Skin for your old one.
